Abstract
The article brings forward the analysis of the ideological directives of the two
basic social parties of Russia - Socialist-Revolutionaries and Socialist - Democrats
(Mensheviks) at the end of the Russian Civil war. During the period in a separate
region of the country - in the Far East - in connection with the idea to build an
externally independent from red Moscow buffer state the median grouping
seemed to have acquired a perspective to fulfil their political programs. However,
the doctrinaire character of the logical and externally inviting intelligent-like
projects, the isolation of democratic ideologies from the militant political realia
of the country and the mentality of its population, the helplessness of the Socialist-
Revolutionaries and Mensheviks in the political and organization spheres once
again brought the idea of democracy in Russia to the naturally determined regrettable
results. There wasnt a real alternative to the dictatorship in Russia.

Abstract
The aim of the article is to determine the ethnic attribution of the Catacomb
cultures and to reconstruct historical events in the South Russia at the early the II
mil. B.C. The ceramics of the early catacomb horizon is connected with the Corded
Ware and Globular Amphorae cultures in Central Europe that are descendants of
the Funnel Beaker culture. The peoples that were related to these cultures were the
Old Europeans according to Prof. V.A. Safronov's conception. To author's mind
they were the Proto-Celts that brought both the Catacomb ritual from the most
western point of Europe, some celtic words that were fixed in the Georgian-Zahn
language in the II mill.B.C. and some complicated celtic myths that were reflected
in the Ossetic epos "Legends about the Narts". All these facts mean that the early
catacomb comers into Eastern Europe were Proto-Celts as well.
