The author undertakes attempt of the analysis of military management functioning of Russian army after Patriotic war of 1812, dependence of management of army's material supplies from changes in a military management of the state is shown.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the reasons witch made the leaders of the conservatives groups of State Council and State Duma in the XX century to come forward against collision of Russian and German empires. This work also examines their motivation against the unity of the power with the liberals during World War I. Basing on the various sources the article shows the high exactness of the analytical forecasts of the Russian right concerning the fate of the empire, liberalism and the nature of Russian revolution.

Abstract
The article dedicates to the topical scientific and social question: the estimations of the Bolsheviks' state's policy (during the Civil war) of the "war communizm", represented on the pages of the emigrants' press by the leaders of menshevizm in the early 1920s. In this work the author analyses the articles published in "The Socialist Bulletin" and "Zarya" in the situation when the "war communizm" was replaced with New Economic Policy (NEP). The article contains the opinion of mensheviks-emigrants on the "war communizm" as an economic and social Utopia which led Russia to the economic chaos. Besides the author shows that mensheviks continued to present themselves as antagonists of the forcible upheaval against the weakened (because of the "war communizm")Soviet state. Abstract
The article dedicates to the topical scientific and social question: the opinion of the emigrant mensheviks party's press on the Bolsheviks New Economic Policy (NEP) in Soviet Russia. In this work the author analyses the editorials and authors' articles, published in "The Socialist Bulletin" and "Zarya" and the works by mensheviks theorist and journalists. This article shows the opinion of mensheviks on New Economic Policy as a refusal of Soviet authorities from its original plan because of people's opinion and social phenomena of economic collapse of Bolsheviks' system.

Abstract
The article accentuates a geopolitical aspect of the "buffer" politics in the Far East in the course of counteraction between the two regional leaders of that time - Japan and the USA. Their antagonism made possible an active "game of collision" between these powers, where the Bolsheviks attempted to "switch into" by means of the artificial "Buffer-State" in order to "play back" the lost positions, give Russia back the status of the Far Eastern regional power. For the early 1920's that rather delicate tactics of the diplomatic "game of collision" was but an only possible for the Soviet Russia way of pressing-out Japan from the Russian Far-East, except for the potential force one. The reasons why not all the geopolitical potentialities of the "Buffer-State" had been realized were also analyzed in the article.

Abstract
The article gives analysis of the basic characteristic features of the created in the Far East in the early 1920's Washington mechanism of regulation of the global order and regional safety, which was aimed at the "status quo" preservation - the established geopolitical realia, the reasons of its fragility and short life were also brought to life. The conclusion was made that the static regional system hadn't been exploded by Japan, the one to blame was a former "disoriented in space" phantom and a geopolitical "pariah" - a Bolshevik"s Russia. With the liquidation of the puppet Far-Eastern Republic and declaration of the Soviet Union there came a principal change in the contents: there appeared a new geopolitical phenomenon.
Henceforth any Far-Eastern "continental policy" - Japanese, American or the like could be grounded either on the recognition and cooperation or rivalry and confrontation with the USSR. It was becoming impossible to keep ignoring formally the factor of a new Russia the USSR as the third regional leader.

Abstract
The author considers the appearance and evolution of education books publishing in the development of education and professional education in Russia. Basing on the analysis of large actual materials, the author comes to the conclusion that the high school books publishing system fundamentals, consisting of the combination of special organizations and divisions, carrying on preparation and publishing educational and scientific literature, which are the base of program-methodical process in the high school. Book business systematization and centralization is initiated. In the conditions of irregular development, falls and difficulties during the considered period, the necessity of multilateral education books publishing activities became a long felt need.

Abstract
"Leningrad case" became one of the most mass postwar repressions. Stuffing purges were done in central government and in local authorities. The government of ЦК ВКП(б) in the period of 1949-1950 turned to the work of Gorkovsky regional committee of the party passing the resolutions which condemned M.I. Rodinov and S.J.Kireev. As the result regional committee apparat, the apparat of Gorkovsky city committee and some local authorities were renewed.

Abstract
In this article the author first in the practice of historiographic research examines the process of forming the foundations of the Marxist concept of history of the Soviet Union through the prism of one of the first textbooks - «a short course of history the USSR», edited by A.V. Shestakova. They were first introduced in the turnover category «monokontseptsiya» (in relation to the Soviet interpretation of national history), which is clearly disclosed at the level of the main features.

The article is devoted to English utopian thought development in the Early Enlightenment epoch (1689-1714). The analysis of the plot and stylistic peculiarities of «The Fable of the bees» by B. Mandeville written in the genre of dystopia and satire allows to discover political ideology character of the investigated author, to give a full insight of political, philosophical and economic thought development and to reconstruct socio-cultural atmosphere of aforesaid period.

The author of the article has a good look at the evolution of methods of counterterrorist activities in FRG and their influence upon the legislative system and the political situation in the country as a whole in the second half of the 20th - at the beginning of 21st centuries. Efforts were made to forecast the political consequences of the counterterrorist activities in Germany and the ways of its improvement are suggested without the offensive against the democratic rights and freedoms.

Eine der bekanntesten Seite der Geschichte Europas ist die Ostpreußengeschichte. Die Vergangenheit dieses Region zog die Aufmerksamkeit der Forscherer aus verschiedenen Ländern heran. Die Forschung „Die ausländische Geschichtschreibung von Ostpreußischen Geschichte: 1945-1989" ist eine Probe, die polnische Geschichtsschreibung dieses Region bekannt zu machen und ihre Konzeptionen definieren. Die nimmt in Anspruch die Periode zwischen 1945 und 1989 und präsentiert theoretische und methodologische Probleme der polnischen Geschichtschreibung aus der ostpreußischen Geschichte.

Abstract
The author in the article investigates features of evolution of geopolitics idea and the formation of the historical experience of the Eurasians relations. It also has considered the processes connected to a history of creation of cities and formation of borders of Russ-Russia as the important problem of the Eurasians theory and geopolitics.
The author it is proved also, that historical experience of formation of Ruse--Russia, Soviet Union and the post soviet Russian Federation in a mirror of modern Eurasians theories has a line of the general laws allowing at their close enough studying and judgments to optimize activity of state bodies.

Abstract
This article is the result of the politological research of development of youth extremism and its features in view of close sociopolitical, economic, spiritual processes of the transformed society of modern Russia. Politicisation of public consciousness which has undergone the great changes, especially among the youth allows to draw conclusions that the painful tendencies in consciousness of the young society are the nationalism, xenophobia, youth extremism and the planned actions. The activization of the political party line for the youth electorate in territory of Russia is evidence of the existence of the subjects which are win over the youth and stake on the future political dividends.
The author proves the necessity of the working out of the methodology of the development of the protest youth movements as their destructive activity represents the threat of safety for the person, societies and the states today.

Further modernization and professionalization of legislative activities could not but affect the personal makeup of Russian Parliament. The present article deals with the composition of the State Duma (Lower House of Russian Parliament) in its four post-Soviet convocations. It considers the following questions: likeness of the average Russian MP to his/her European counterparts in his/her sociodemographic and socioprofessional characteristics; the degree of continuity in the work of Russian Parliament; the role of prior experience and partisan affiliation in what concerns its makeup.

In the conditions of increasing tensity on the southern borders of Russian Federation this article gives analysis of geopolitical aspects of cooperation between Russia and Armenia. Geopolitical role of Armenia in this region is emphasized in the article, it also shows factors which make closer cooperation between these two countries necessary in the conditions of non-stability in the whole world.
