ON SOME ISSUES OF ELECTION COMMITTEES MEMBERS’ STATUS
Abstract
Election committees can certainly be called organizers of elections. Owing to this fact, the issue of the members of these committees’ status acquires significant importance. The article is devoted to the analysis of their legal position and the analysis of the legislation in particular. This legislation defines the means, way and conditions with which the members of election committees execute their responsibilities at official duty stations.
