TOPICAL QUESTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE ELETION SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of coming into being and functioning of election committees, gives characteristics of their structure and competence. Special attention is paid to Moscow Region Election Committee, and its organizational and legal status. The problems of ensuring the electoral system of Russia with legislation are discussed. Some ideas of solving these problems are offered.
