Conditions of functioning of the civil society in its interaction with the state
Abstract
The article consistently highlights polemic problems of interaction between the civil society and the state. The author considers in details forms of mutual influence of the state upon the civil society and the part of the civil society in formation of civilized state power and political institutes.
