The counter-terrorist policy in FRG: the counteraction to the leftist terrorist organizations. The improvement of the practical methods and the changes in the legislative system from the beginning of 1970th to the beginning of 21st century
Abstract
The author of the article has a good look at the evolution of methods of counterterrorist activities in FRG and their influence upon the legislative system and the political situation in the country as a whole in the second half of the 20th - at the beginning of 21st centuries. Efforts were made to forecast the political consequences of the counterterrorist activities in Germany and the ways of its improvement are suggested without the offensive against the democratic rights and freedoms.
