Автор статьи рассматривает эволюцию методов и влияние контртеррористической деятельности в ФРГ на законодательство и в целом на социально-политическую ситуацию в стране во второй половине XX - начале XXI вв. Также в статье сделана попытка прогнозирования политических последствий контртеррористической деятельности в ФРГ и предложены способы ее усовершенствования без наступления на демократические права и свободы граждан.

The author of the article has a good look at the evolution of methods of counterterrorist activities in FRG and their influence upon the legislative system and the political situation in the country as a whole in the second half of the 20th - at the beginning of 21st centuries. Efforts were made to forecast the political consequences of the counterterrorist activities in Germany and the ways of its improvement are suggested without the offensive against the democratic rights and freedoms.
