The role of personal factors in the political leadership
Abstract
The choice of a decent leader, is an essential component of the political life of the modern democratic state. Personal characteristics - the foundation of building a political leader. Therefore, to study the influence of personal factors on the political leadership necessary for a correct assessment of policy options and actions of this man.
