Power dialogue of EU - Russia: political and legal bases of cooperation
Abstract
The paper is devoted to an actual problem of energetic dialogue between Russian and European Union and exactly to juridicial problems hithin relations between Russia and European Union in terms of gas and petrol. The paper is mainly focused on international acts connecting European Union and Russia and the agreement about partnership and cooperation and Energetical charter in particular.
