THE EVOLUTION OF THE NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATIONS STRATEGIC CONCEPTION
Abstract
The article is devoted to thestrategic conceptions
of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization since it came
into being till 2010. The article mainly presents the analysis of
the concepts of 1999 and 2010. The author points out those
concepts expansionary character and states that it contradicts
the fundamental articles of the Washington Treaty, establishing
NATO 1949. The analysis given in the article is
based on the texts of the documents.
