Abstract
The paper attempts to give an analysis of the Soviet-era architecture in post-Khruschev epoch in the context of the social conditions of the time. The article discusses the concept of urban house-building in the capital of the 70-80s. The author analyzes the reasons for the transition to the construction of the experimental residential areas in Moscow. The article discusses the positive aspects of integrated development of experimental residential areas in Moscow in 70-80 years. The author analyzes the reasons for the one-sided industrial housing.
