War-Industry production planning during the beginning of the Great Patriotic War
Abstract
The activity of USSR State Planning local planning authorities changes is described in the given article with is used for the 1st time. The author analyzes objective problems and difficulties of state economy of that period and consequences of those mistakes in the War Industry production organization at Syberian plants.
