Politics of Lithuania against Russia in connection with the issue of compensation for the "Soviet occupation"
Abstract
The article examines in detail the political, economic and legal aspects of claims for damage caused by «the Soviet occupation» of Lithuania in the years 1940-1991. History has shown the law of Lithuania dated 13 July 2000. Characterized by relevance to the Act as within the Baltic countries,and in Russia.
