Abstract
In the present article some conceptual
aspects of the Russian-American relations
in 1992-1996 and problems of their practical
realization are considered. In the given
work the strategy of expansion which have
been put forward during the first presidency
by B.Klinton in which basis the old aspiration
the US A to world(global) leadership laid is analyzed.
From its part, Russia has proclaimed a
policy(politics) of partnership with the United
States which has undergone the certain evolution
and transformation by way of definition
and aspirations to protection of the Russian
national interests.
