THE FORM OF "PERSONAL DATA SHEET OF THE STAFF" AS REFLECTION OF SOVIET SOCIAL AND REPRESSIVE POLICIES IN 1930-1950s (BY EXAMPLE OF MOSCOW SCHOOL RECORDS)
Abstract
This article deals with changes of form of Personal
Data Sheet of the Staff which was used in the USSR
in 1930-1950s. Personal Data Sheet of the Staff was the
first document filled in by a job applicant in the Soviet Union.
The required data testify to the countrys social policy of the
period. In different years Personal Data Sheet of the Staff
contained different items characterizing Soviet governments
current interests. For instance, the information about party repressions
was asked in late 1930s and the questions about
relatives abroad were posed during 1940s.
