В статье анализируются последствия государственной аграрной политики 1960-х - начала 1980-х гг. для сел Центрального района России. Показано, что определяющим демографическим фактором в изменении численности сельского населения в Центральной России являлась интенсивная миграция. Ее последствия начинают сказываться с конца 1960-х гг. Предметом рассмотрения стали изменения половозрастной структуры сельского населения: его старение, сокращение трудоспособных возрастов, существенное сокращение уровня рождаемости. Отмечается, что крайне негативные изменения в демографической обстановке в 1960-е - 1970-е гг. создали напряженный баланс трудовых ресурсов в Центральном экономическом районе.
The article analyses the consequences of the Rural State Policy of the 1960s - early 80s for the rural settlements in Central region of Russia. The author shows that it was the intensive migration that became the determining factor for the change of the rural population quantity. Its consequences began to have an impact since the 1960s. The object of studying is the change in the age- and sex-related structure of the rural population: its ageing, manpower resources shortening, considerable birthrate falling. The author notes that the extremely negative changes in demographic situation of the 1960-70s created a strained balance in manpower resources of Central economic region of Russia.
