Статья посвящена актуальной теме изменения избирательного законодательства и дальнейшему формированию участковых комиссий со сроком полномочий на пять лет. Анализируя существующие проблемы, такие, как, например, низкая гражданская активность членов комиссий, автор предлагает дополнительные меры поощрения работников с принятием соответствующих поправок в ТК РФ о материальном или ином поощрении в виде дополнительного отпуска или двойной оплаты труда за рабочие дни в течение недели до даты проведения выборов (второе воскресенье сентября) работников предприятий – членов УИК.
The article is devoted to the actual topic of the work of election committees in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The author analyzes the work that was conducted by the territorial election committee together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Federal Migration Service in checking the submitted information about the put forward candidates, and also considers the use of the State Automatic System «Vybory» (“Elections”). The author proposes a system that would allow to simplify the procedure of “movement” of the members of the divisional election committees (DEC).
