Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению сущности одного из принципов правового государства, а именно принципа взаимной ответственности государства и гражданина. Автором проводится описание моделей взаимоотношений личности и государства. Анализируются основные препятствия на пути к получению оптимального баланса интересов личности и государства в Российской Федерации. В заключение делается вывод о том, что построение подлинно правового государства в Российской Федерации возможно лишь при реализации данного принципа.
This article deals with the study of the essence one of the principles of law-based state, namely the principle of mutual responsibility between the government and the citizens. The author describes the models of interrelations between the state and its citizens. The analysis of the main obstacles in obtaining the optimal balance between the interests of citizens and the government in the Russian Federation is made. In conclusion the author highlights the fact that building a true law-based state in Russia is possible only if this principle is implemented.
