Цель. Изучение зарубежного опыты в вопросах применения искусственного интеллекта в сфере государственного управления.

Процедура и методы

Процедура и методы. Основными исследовательскими методами стали диахронный и историко-генетический. Проведён анализ взглядов зарубежных исследователей по вопросам, связанным с использованием технологий искусственного интеллекта в государственном управлении. Исследованы вопросы развития теории и практического применения технологий искусственного интеллекта.

Результаты

Результаты. Выяснено, что зарубежные авторы уделяют внимание теоретическим вопросам применения искусственного интеллекта в государственном управлении и, в частности, принципам его использования. Исследуются направления практического применения искусственного интеллекта, открывающиеся в связи с этим преимущества, а также возникающие риски и угрозы.

Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Определены сущность и содержание методологических подходов и принципов применения искусственного интеллекта в государственном управлении, а также основных направлений и особенностей его практического применения

Aim. To study international experience in the application of artificial intelligence in public administration.Methodology. The primary research methods used were diachronic and historical-genetic. An analysis of international researchers' views on issues related to the use of artificial intelligence technologies in public administration was conducted. The development of theory and practical application of artificial intelligence technologies were explored.Results. It was found that foreign authors are focusing on theoretical aspects of artificial intelligence application in public administration, and in particular, the principles of its use. The study explores the practical applications of artificial intelligence, the resulting advantages, and the risks and threats it poses.Research implications. Clarification of the essence and content of methodological approaches and principles of application of artificial intelligence in public administration, as well as the main directions and features of its practical application.
