Проанализировать деконструктивистский подход к индоевропейской проблеме.</p></sec><sec><title>Процедуры и методы</title><p>Процедуры и методы. На примере книги Ж.-П. Демуля сделана попытка выяснить, насколько плодотворен данный подход, а именно, насколько предпринятый автором анализ политического контекста индоевропеистики на разных этапах её развития в разных странах способен приблизить решение индоевропейской проблемы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Попытки стереть грань между наукой и социально-политическими условиями, в которых она развивается, чреваты риском растворения науки в её истории и в конечном итоге её исчезновения, свидетельством чему служит вывод Демуля, что индоевропейцы – миф.</p><p>Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. На конкретном примере показано, что деконструктивистский подход может оказаться плодотворным лишь для истории науки, но не для неё самой.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To analyze the deconstructivist approach to the Indo-European problem.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. Using J.-P. Demoule’s book, an attempt is made to understand if this approach is fruitful, specifically if the analysis of the political context of Indo-European studies at various stages of their development in various countries can contribute to the resolution of the Indo-European problem.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Attempts at blurring the boundary between a scholarly discipline and the social-political context in which it develops entail the risk of the discipline’s dissolution in its history and of its eventual disappearance, as evidenced by Demoule’s conclusion that Indo-Europeans are a myth.</p></sec><sec><title>Research implications</title><p>Research implications.
