В статье рассматриваются конституционные проекты участников заговора против Павла I, анализируется их связь с предшествовавшими конституционными проектами, в частности с проектом Н.И. Панина - Д.И. Фонвизина. Особое внимание уделяется позиции Александра I по этому вопросу, а также причинам нереализации этих проектов.
This article is about the constitutional projects of the participators of the conspiracy against Paul I in Russia. The author analyses its connection with preceding projects at the second part of XVIII century. The main attention is spare to position of Alexander I and reasons of the unsuccess of these projects.
