В статье проводится анализ проблемы политической субъектности регионов как одной из наиболее спорных и актуальных тем современной теории федеративных отношений в контексте будущего Российской Федерации. Делается попытка определения сути политической субъектности, проводится сравнительный анализ философской и политологической интерпретации понятия «субъектность», определяются уровни властных отношений, их значение в анализе проблемы субъектности регионов, а также специфика модели российского федерализма и перспективы ее дальнейшего развития.
In article the analysis of a problem political «subjectum» regions as one of the most disputable and vital topics of the modern theory of federal relations in a context of the future of the Russian Federation is carried out. Attempt of definition of an essence political «subjectum» becomes, the comparative analysis of philosophical and politological interpretation of concept « subjectum» is carried out, levels of imperious relations, their value in the problem analysis «subjectum» regions, and also specificity of model of the Russian federalism and prospect of its further development are defined.
