Автор рассматривает основные аспекты истории дипломатической подготовки и ратификации договоров о границе между странами Балтии - Латвией, Литвой и Эстонией и Россией после их выхода из состава СССР и присоединения к Европейскому Союзу и НАТО. Особое внимание уделяется дипломатической борьбе Латвии и Эстонии с Россией по вопросу ратификации этих договоров.
The author considers the basic aspects of history of diplomatic preparation and ratification of boundary treaties between the Baltic States - Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia and Russia after their secession of the USSR and joining to the European Union and the NATO. The special attention is given to diplomatic struggle of Latvia and Estonia against Russia concerning ratification of these contracts.
