В статье описывается развитие коммуникационного менеджмента и его технологий в рамках работы Генерального управления внешней безопасности Франции в 90-е годы ХХ века. Автор анализирует предпосылки, стимулировавшие это развитие в названный период, способы применения инструментов коммуникационного менеджмента в деятельности французской внешней разведки, а также цели и эффективность использования этих инструментов.
This article describes the development of communication management and its technologies in the performance of the General Directorate for External Security of France in the 90ies of the XXth century. The author analyzes the factors that stimulated this development in the named period, the ways communication management tools were applied in the activities of the French external security service as well as the purposes and the efficiency of using these tools.
