Целью работы является рассмотрение вопросов сотрудничества России с ООН по вопросам охраны окружающей среды в начале 1990-х гг. на примере Конференции ООН в Рио-де-Жанейро (1992 г.) Рассматриваются основные подходы ООН к природоохранным проблемам и позиции России по отношению к ним.
The main aim of the article is the exploration of environmental cooperation between Russia and UN in early 1990s, especially as related to the United Nations conference on Environment and Development (1992). Main attitudes of UN and Russia to environmental problems are also explored.
