In the given article the Emerging and formation process of Personal cases deprived the election rights to merchant activity in Tver Province within 1918 - 1935 period are analyzed. The Composition of personal cases, their structure, quantitative and qualitative content of the documents are as well as considered. Special attention is drawn to the classification of such documents and cases.
