Статья посвящена анализу идей, концепций различных авторов в об- ласти аграрной политики России. Подчер- кивается их разнообразие, противоречивый характер и как следствие сложность разра- ботки теоретико-методологических основ реализации аграрной политики России в ус- ловиях трансформации социалистической системы хозяйствования в рыночную. Под- черкивается необходимость критического осмысления как советского опыта проведе- ния аграрной политики, так и рекомендаций западных экспертов. В этой связи обосновы- вается необходимость тщательной подготов- ленности в части методологического обос- нования аграрной политики в кризисных условиях, использования рыночного ме- ханизма, государственного регулирования и поддержки. Аргументируется важность корректировки курса аграрной политики страны в условиях радикальной рыночной трансформации.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the ideas, concepts of different authors in the field of agrarian politics of Russia. Their variety and inconsistent nature are emphasized, and as the effect it is difficult to develop of the theorist-methodological grounds of realization of the agrarian politics of Russia in the condition of the transformation of the socialist system of the management in the market system. The author tells about the necessity of the critical comprehension of the both the soviet experience in the undertaking of the agrarian politics, and the recommendations of the western experts. In this connection the necessity of careful readiness regarding the methodological basis of agrarian politics in the crisis conditions, of the usage of a market mechanism, of a state regulation and support is provided. The importance of the adjustment of the course of the agrarian politics of the country in the condition of the radical market transformation is argued.
