The article analyzes the views of N.A. Rozhkov оn period, which in its historical-sociological conception called noble revolution and appears as a separate period in world history. Model of noble revolution in the first time is considered from the standpoint of the possibility of applying the theory of transitional periods for generalizations on a global scale.
