Актуальность темы обусловлена приближающимся 65-летием Победы в Великой Отечественной войне, а также прошедшим 70-летием заключения советско-германского договора о ненападении резко активизировалась антисоветская идеологическая кампания. Об актуальности также свидетельствует и принятая в начале июля 2009 г. Парламентской ассамблеей ОБСЕ резолюция «О воссоединении разделенной Европы», и объявлении 23 августа «Днем памяти жертв сталинизма и нацизма»… Автор данной статьи, опираясь на исторические факты и документальные источники, с учетом появления угроз национальной безопасности и уязвимых ситуаций для России на ряде стратегических направлений в современных условиях, а также проводимой военной реформы по приданию нового облика Вооруженным силам РФ, стремится разобраться в том, что происходило тогда, более 70 лет назад.
The theme urgency is caused by the coming nearer 65 anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, and also the last 70 anniversary of the conclusion of the Soviet-German nonaggression pact anti-Soviet ideological campaign sharply became more active. About an urgency also testifies and accepted in the beginning of July, 2009 Parliamentary assembly of OSCE the resolution «To reunion of the divided Europe», and the announcement on August, 23rd «in the Afternoon of memory of victims сталинизма and nazism» … The author of given article, leaning against historic facts and documentary sources, taking into account occurrence of threats of national safety and vulnerable situations for Russia on a number of strategic directions in modern conditions, and also carried out military reform on giving of new shape to Armed forces of the Russian Federation, aspires to understand that occurred then, more 70 years ago.
