В статье раскрывается механизм материального стимулирования технократической элиты Ангаро-Енисейского региона. Выявлены со- ставляющие фонда оплаты труда руководителя, включавшие обязательную часть в виде должност- ного оклада, районного, северного коэффициентов и факультативную: персональные надбавки и премии. Показаны объективные условия и субъективные ос- нования необязательных выплат. Определено мес- то хозяйственных руководителей по уровню оплаты труда в сравнении с другими категориями населения. Дана классификация материальных поощрений. Вы- явлена их стимулирующая и организующая роль.
The article describes the mechanism of material incentive of technocratic elite of the Angara- Yenisei region. The author identifies the components of the wage fund of a leader, which included a mandatory part in the form of a salary, district and northern rates as well as the optional factors: personal one-time and regular bonuses. The objective conditions and subjective reasons for unnecessary payments have been revealed. Business leaders have been categorized in terms of their wages compared to other categories of the population. The classification of material rewards has been presented with the focus on their stimulating and organizing functions.
