В статье анализируются методы ис- пользования Китаем стратегии «мягкой силы» по от- ношению к арабским государствам Ближнего Востока в контексте сотрудничества в области образования. Рассматриваются различные формы взаимодейс- твия Китая и арабских стран на уровне высших учеб- ных заведений, министерств образования, обществ дружбы и Форума сотрудничества Китая и арабских стран. Изучаются методы использования таких инс- трументов публичной дипломатии, как язык и обра- зование, для реализации стратегии «мягкой силы».

This article analyzes Chinas soft power strategy approaches in the context of cooperation with Arab countries of the Middle East in the field of education. Different forms of interaction between China and Arab states on the level of universities, ministries of education, friendship associations and China-Arab cooperation forum are described. The study considers language and education as public diplomacy tools to carry out soft power strategy.
